The 490 CK 60 is a constand curve mast, where the saber 7.7 is designed around a progressive flex. What the constand curve does is making the bottom of the sail flat while the head doesn't really twist of. So you don't have the range that you would have on a X6. This would mean that the sail would be un-stable, no low end and hard to control in high wind.
For the skinny this effect will be even more noticible to since there is no diameter of the mast to support the profile and the power. Making the sail even more unstable.
For example a 7.2 saber and a 6.4 Excess or 6.5 Expression rig on the same mast. I would go for this, sell both the mast you have there and look into a X6 mast to use for both sail and get the most out of your money and have a comfortable ride with the performance the way it is supposed to be.
