Windsurfing around Villingen

Hi sorry but haven't taken up the German language yet...but was wondering as i would be coming to Villingen next week for work, 1) what are the close places to windsurf?
2) how about rental of equipment?
3) I'm from singapore thus only sailed in warm tropical weather, do i need wet/dry suits to sail?

Check out the spots at the lake of constance. The "Reichenau" (Isle next to Konstanz)is a very popular spot with good surf conditions (...at least sometimes (-; ). On the Reichenau you have to look for the camping site. By Car it's about 45 minutes to drive.
