Entschuldigen Sie ich, ich auf englischer Sprache auszudrücken, ich spreche über deutsche Sprache sehr schlecht

I would like to inform you about troubles I had with www.windsurfing-boutique.de

I have order a Mistral Super Razor 2 weeks ago. I get it without footstrap and without fin whereas their website specified it should be delivered with the board.

Jurgen, from www.windsurfing-boutique.de, certified that he had put the footstrap and the fin in the bag. Something should have occured during the delivery.

Actually, www.windsurfing-boutique.de refuse to resend me the missing parts. I would have to buy it (roughly 100€ => One quarter of the board price!)

Do you have any suggestion to solve my trouble?

Salut Arnaud,a ta place je voudrais poster se incident aussi dans un autre forum.
Il s`agit du forum du mag. surf, www.surf-magazin.de .Ilya beaucoup des users. Mais il faut se registrer avant.
Pose ta histoire chez board rigg tips ou Szenetreff,comme ca tu peut haugmenter la pression et autre personnes peuvent profiter de tes experiences.
Mon francais est surement horrible,mais il fait longtemps....
