I'm looking for a surfspot where I can also study German in August.

Hello Pet,
in August the German weather is sometimes good. But the wind is mostly bad. You see, August is not a very good month for windsurfing in Germany. But maybe you are lucky.
The best windsurfspots are at the sea. Kiel is the most popular German city for Windsurfing. There are a lot of good spots. -Depents on the wind! ;-)
